Is it just me?

Helloooo. So, crazy story! I attempted to reply to a comment someone made on a post I made in the discussion page (if that makes sense), and for some reason, it keeps saying something along the lines of "reply failed" everytime I do so. It's been 2 hours. I'm starting to get a bit worried. Is anyone else experiencing this? Please, please, PLEASE let me know.
