The head chef from Bloopo's sub shop is a French-speaking chef who is the head chef (and possible owner) of The Bloopo Sub Sandwich Shop World Headquarters. He is first seen in the episode "The Handsome Panther" when Chuck the Evil-Sandwich Making Guy steals his recipe for his new sub sandwich. He is also later seen with The Grocery Store Manager in "Kids Action News", where they work together to make the world's largest grilled cheese sandwich, which Dr Two-Brains and Chuck the Evil Sandwich-Making Guy both try to steal but fail due to the heroic intervening of WordGirl and Captain Huggy Face.
