The Supervillain Reporter is an entertainment-style TV reporter who hosts the WordGirl Weekly Supervillain Countdown in The Ballad of Steve McClean. She often makes bad puns during her report, or while interviewing others.
This unnamed reporter is also referred to as Purple-jacketed lady, and is seen as a background character in other episodes. In A Questionable Pair, she was even seen as a character in the fictional film Whoopsie 7.
She was voiced by Jill Talley in The Ballad of Steve McClean.
