Star-shirted girl

Star-shirted girl refers to a young girl, possibly between 5-7 years of age, with blonde hair and a blue hair ribbon, and a purple shirt with a yellow star on it. She has appeared as a background character in several episodes. Her most notable appearance was as the one who found Li'l Mittens in the episode "Meat with a Side of Cute", and volunteered to take care of him while the Butcher was in jail. In "The Wrong Side of the Law", she wanted to touch the Pretty Princess Figurines, but Reginald calls her a silly unkempt child. (revealing his hatred to children)

Her second most notable appearance in "Birthday Town" is when the day that Mr. Big mind-controlled all of the adults into buying birthday supplies, that day was her real birthday. It was a crazy day for her, so Wordgirl and the other kids wished her a happy birthday. But Elieen got more greedy and jealous of her. Once Wordgirl demanded her to wish the girl a happy birthday, she shrunk back to size.
