Shelby's dad refers to the unnamed man seen dropping off Shelby Joy during "Robo-Camping". He bears some resemblance to the mayor, but has different characteristics. He is generally seen wearing a purple shirt. He was also seen with her during the Father Daughter dance Father's Day Dance-a-thon.
