referring to a lady that wears a Pink Jacket,and orange dress, orange headband, and a flower on her jacket. In Seeds of Doubt, she hosts the "Lair you have it" show, which focuses on redecorating other villains' lairs such as the Butcher, and Lady Redundant Woman.
