Owl girl

The nickname owl girl refers to an unnamed background character who is always seen wearing a yellow hoody with a picture of the owl on the right front side. She seems to be around the age of a teenager.

She originally had short blonde hair in what could be called "pixie bangs". She appears to have the sides buzzed shorter and the top dyed pink, resembling a "mohawk" style.

She was shown as a background character in many of the later season episodes. She was often shown with the Blue-vested lady hinting that they are friends.
