Harry Kempel and Chip Von Dumor
Harry Kempel is the brother of Seymour Orlando Smooth and Chip Von Dumor. He helps Chip to cheat people and rob banks.
The brothers' names are a play on the names Herb Stempel and Charles Van Doren, who were involved in the quiz show scandals during the 1950s.
He was voiced by James Adomian. He appeared in "Win a Shiny New Car" and "Seymour... Right After This". He also appeared in "The Rise of Miss Power" and "As Something as Something as a non-speaking cameo.
