Grey DeLisle is an American voice actress, singer, and songwriter.

As a voice actress, she first began her career by providing additional voices in The Rugrats, and Johnny Bravo. Her first starring role came by playing Lorraine "Lor" McQuarrie in Disney's The Weekenders, where she also provided additional voices.

Her big break as a voice actress, however, came when she first began voicing Daphne in Scooby-Doo and the Cyberchase. She then went on to voice the character from 2001 onwards. Her portrayal of Daphne earned her universal acclaim from critics and audiences, and earned her recognition as well.

After she voiced Daphne, she went on to star in other voice roles that earned her recognition, particularly in Butch Hartman cartoons such as Vicky in The Fairly OddParents, Samantha "Sam" Manson in Danny Phantom, and Kitty Katswell in T.U.F.F. Puppy. She also voiced Azula in Avatar: The Last Airbender, Letta in My Life as a Teenage Robot, Mandy in The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy, and Yumi Yoshimura in Hi Hi Puffy AmiYumi.

As a singer and songwriter, she first began her career in the music industry by releasing Small Time, her first full-length album. She then went on to release other albums such as The Graceful Ghost, Ironhead, and Loggerheads.

For WordGirl, she made her voice debut in the series by voicing Ms. Question in the episode "Villain School", and her character later became a regular after the episode "Who is Ms. Question?". She impressed audiences and her co-workers even more by voicing Lady Redundant Woman, replacing guest star Amanda Plummer from the episode "The Return of the Reprise of Lady Redundant Woman" onwards, despite using a different voice. The last role she played was school gymnasium teacher, Mrs. Ripley.
