Milt is the assistant of the main librarian, Desiree Dewey, and also the main librarian in season 8. He first appeared in the episode "The Stew, The Proud". He graduated from the librarian academy and feels the most proud when he catches people who are overdue. He also wants to get Becky overdue one day which seems to be his main goal throughout the episode. He treasures his rubber stamp, and keeps it with him at all times. In The Ordinary, Extraordinary Botsfords, he pops out from behind and shushes TJ for a medium time and Becky for a short time. And when he shushes Becky for a long time, the library scene ends.
