The phrase Federal Cheddar Reserve Bank teller refers to a bank teller who works at the Federal Cheddar Reserve cheese bank.
In " A Game of Cat and Mouse", she scolds Dr. Two Brains for bringing his gel ray into her cheese bank. But Dr. Two Brains, playing a game with her, fires his gel ray at her hair, turning her hair gel and hairdo into cream cheese. She then shrieks and runs away in terror.
She also appears with her hair back to normal in "Seize the Cheese" as a cashier. She gets bumped and watches as the cheese gets magnetized by Dr Two Brains.
