This category is for villains who are members of the Villain Society and are officially known to be ranked in the first 3 tiers. They all outrank the 4th tier, which is classified as "Mischief Maker".
Other villains not known to have this rank within the society may still be considered "Supervillains" and may be referred to as such by news reporters or WordGirl or self-referentially, however that would be 1 word. The use of separate words (and capitalized V) analagous to "mischief maker" is used as an official term of reference and title within the organization.
Characters not known to be members of the association and not known to be ranks 1-3 should not be added to this category.
