By Jove, You've Wrecked My Robot is episode 26b of Season 3 of WordGirl.
Summary[]
With the hopes of exposing WordGirl's true identity, Tobey takes a game about evil robots to Becky's house. When the game turns out to be a real battle between actual robots, Becky must do what she can to save the city and keep WordGirl's true identity a secret.
Plot[]
The episode starts off on a dark day with Becky at home relaxing. Her mother comes over and reveals that she invited Tobey over for a playdate. Becky is strongly against this because of his attempts to destroy the city and their home but Sally assures Becky that Tobey's mother says that Tobey hasn't been near a robot in months he was instead designing a new game. When Tobey comes, he shows Becky the new game he made called "By Jove, You've Wrecked my Robot". In the game, each player tries to guess where their opponent put their robots on the board. If they guess right, the robot falls over. The person who defeated all their opponents robots wins.
They play the game for a while before Becky looks outside and sees that the game is actually real and Tobey's robots are placed throughout the city. Tobey warns her that if she tries to run off and turn into WordGirl, he'll have the robots destroy the city or her house. Becky denies being WordGirl even reminding Tobey they've been through this already and it was settled. Tobey responds with pictures of Becky having the same shoes as WordGirl (but not before accidentally showing her some drawings of him and WordGirl together). He also mentions how many similar features Becky and WordGirl share (even hinting his feelings which he brushes off). Becky continues denying who she is, and tells Tobey she's going to beat him at his game regardless and shut down the robots. They play and while Becky manages to take down more of Tobey's robots Tobey has almost won. After some time Becky tries to show her mom that the game is real but Sally doesn't see them, as it turns out Tobey is able to make his robots duck in time.
When Tobey leaves to go to the bathroom, Becky gets Bob to give her TJ's walkie-talkies. She uses them to cheat which Tobey becomes annoyed at. After slipping up, Tobey learns of her dishonesty. He says that he doesn't care, and that since they haven't heard WordGirl fighting the robots, Becky is WordGirl. A crash is heard outside so Tobey consults his robots' security footage. All of it shows a silhouette of WordGirl beating his robots. Becky destroys Tobey's game, while Tobey is now convinced Becky isn't WordGirl he furious that she wrecked his game. Tobey then tries to fight Becky, but is stopped by his mother. Huggy or rather Bob comes back and shows that he was defeating the robots himself, and was using a WordGirl doll to trick Tobey.

Trivia[]
- This is the only episode that Becky doesn't transform into Wordgirl.
- The game Tobey made is a play on the board game "Battleship."
- This marks the second time Tobey has tried to deduce that Becky is WordGirl.
Goofs[]
- Throughout the game, there are a different number of robots in the city than there are on the game board.
- During the game, Becky calls out Red Three, but Tobey says it isn't there. Later on however, when she calls it again, she manages to knock out one of the robots. This would likely not be possible unless Tobey cheated.
- When Huggy/Bob has defeated a robot, there is no sign that he is there.
